Order Verification

Before completing your purchase, kindly double-check all order details, including your shipping address, billing information, and contact details. Accurate information helps us avoid unnecessary delays and ensures successful delivery.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (on working days) will be processed on the same day. Any orders received after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Dispatch & Shipping Timeline

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day of purchase. However, during high-demand periods or in exceptional cases, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp, including your tracking number and courier details.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro & Major Cities (outside Rajasthan): Delivery within 5–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas (within India): Delivery may take up to 10 business days

Transport Shipments (To-Pay Basis)

For orders shipped via transport services, the shipment will be handled on a "To Pay" basis, meaning freight charges must be paid upon delivery directly to the transport provider.

Tracking & Delivery Support

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp. Please monitor your shipment using the provided tracking number.
